By  Ahura Mujuni Mark

The former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) leader Dr. Kiiza Besigye says he is not interested in the mayoral seat as some reports have been circulating.

There were reports that Besigye was approached by some For God and My Country (4GC) pressure group members who asked him to contest in the Kampala city mayoral bi-election.

He says, he is not interested in the seat and cannot take part in the election he describes as illegal. He also insists that Erias Lukwago is still the Lord Mayor.
