Archbishop Emeritus Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo is to face the law over the drowning of a nine year old boy in a swimming Pool where he is one of the directors.
The little boy whose name was not revealed paid 3000 shillings to swim at Rest Gardens on August 28, 2013. He however reportedly swum unattended to and drowned .The boy’s parents based Bweyogerere, Umaru Mazinga and Suzan Nantogo, are now demanding Shs 261m in compensation for the negligence that led to the child’s death.
The court summons dated March 24; require the Archbishop and the others accused to file their defence within 15 days.
