Deputy speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah has apologized to the four legislators he suspended during the Public Order Management Bill.
Oulanyah apologised to Kyadondo East MP Semuju Nganda, Aruu County MP Odonga Otto, Theodore Ssekikuubo and Angeline Osegge on Tuesday afternoon for business at parliament to go ahead.
Oulanyah also apologised for the way Kyadondo East MP,Semujju Nganda was forcefully thrown out of the house last week .
Semujju is said to have been thrown out by bodyguards of the deputy speaker .
After the manhandling of their colleague out of the chambers, the opposition MPs convened in a press briefing and condemned the action calling upon Mr Oulanyah to apologise.
