There is heavy police deployment at the Uganda Parliament to block the suspended members of parliament from accessing the house .
The MPs who were suspended by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Oulanyah during the debate on the Public Order Management Bill last month promised to come for their normal duties at parliament without handing in their apololies for misbehaving in the house.
One of the suspended MPs Semujju Nganda on Monday assured his electorates that come what may,he will be at parliament on Tuesday.
Police at all entrances of parliament is meant to block the legislators .Mr.Jacob Oulanyah wants the legislators to apologise for their said misconduct.
Other MPs from whom Oulanyah is seeking apologies are Odonga Otto, Theodore Ssekikuubo and Angeline Osegge.
They have instead asked the deputy speaker to apologise to parliament ,especially for manhandling Mr Semujju Nganda last week.
