Patience Ahebwa ,a student of St Joseph Girls Secondary School, Nsambya was this Saturday crowned Miss Teen 2013.
Ahebwa had emerged winner at her school’s Miss Teen pageant ,but winning at the grand finale subjected her to stiff competition .
Patience faced stiff competition from 16 other girls who qualified during the nationwide search from schools around Kampala, Jinja, Mbale and Bushenyi.
However ,her eloquence in answering questions won her top marks and she was crowned the fairest at a well attended grand finale at Kati Kati grounds.
Seeta High School’s Monica Namulindwa and Mt St Mary’s College Namagunga’s Linda Guhiirwa were first and second runners-up respectively.
Patience Ahebwa takes over from last year’s winner Abigail Amahoro of Seeta High School.
