Daughter of ‘Duck Dynasty’ Sadie Robertson made her modelling debut during the New York Fashion Week.
16-year-old Robertson, daughter of Willie and Kori Robertson of ‘Duck Dynasty’ debuted on Monday Sept. 9 walking the run way in a black-and-white polka-dot prom dress during the Evening By Sherri Hill Spring 2014 show at the Trump Tower. As she was being cheered on by her family, Sadie, a brunette beauty modeled the floor-length ball gown, which featured a sheer neckline and sparkly corset top.
She partnered with Hill to create a line of prom dresses called Sadie Robertson Live Original. “We’re so proud and so happy about the partnership with Sherri Hill,” mom Kori told Us Weekly at the show. “She’s been awesome. And they’re a family business like we are, so we feel really great.” The Robertson family operates Duck Commander, a company that makes products for duck hunters such as duck calls.
Sadie, who had American Idol winner, Scotty McCreeny serenade her at her sweet 16 birthday party looked beautiful on her big night.
“We’re living original, that’s our motto. All our dresses are unique and represent who we are,” Sadie said. “It’s gotta be long enough . . . the finger-tip rule,” she said with laugh about making sure her dresses are “daddy-approved.” “Everything modest up here,” she added about necklines.
