The Youth Councilors of Laroo Division, Samuel Agwani Oyet, has been shown Exit from a full council meeting after the speaker of the division accused him of being indisciplined.
The dismissal is for two meetings without any pay.
Morris Okema, the Laroo division speaker during the council meeting told the councilors that he has the mandate to dismiss any councilor if he or she does not exhibit discipline.
Okema also claimed that in the previous Council meeting they held in June 2013, they had dismissed Oyet from the house because of being indisciplined.
“I had dismissed him from the house and told him to write an apology before joining the next council meeting which he failed to do. To make it worse”, Okema explained.
Okema now threaten that Oyet will not attend any Council meeting and will not get any allowances until he hands in his written apology letter to the house.
But Oyet when contacted rubbished all the allegations saying he was not dismissed from the house in June.
“Nobody dismissed me from the house. I simply walked out of the council meeting after realizing that the views of youth were not being represented in the meeting”, Oyet hit back.
Oyet however accused the Laroo division speaker of being bias towards him who is the general purpose committee chairman and the youth leader for Laroo division.
He threatened to drag the Laroo division speaker to court.
“Iam consulting my lawyers and I will drag him to court over being bias. He is joking with me. Why does he tell lies that he dismissed me in June during a council meeting”, Oyet said
