The Uganda people’s congress (UPC) president ,Olara Otunu ,has questioned the way ICC has continued to treat African leaders who have committed crimes of humanity against Africans.

Otunnu revealed this during a weekly interface with the press at the party headquarters in Kampala.

He said that, the recent report which was released by the former chief of intelligence Gen Sejusa pins president Museveni for conniving with wrong doers to kill the former UPDF commander James Kazini and Andrew Lutakome Kayira among others.

He (Otunu) also urged compatriots of the president to come out and speak the truth.

He further asked the president to explain himself about the reports pinning him as well as setting up a truth and reconciliation process to heal all these wounds of Ugandans.
