The Constitutional Court has ruled that President Museveni will not be asked to come to court to testify or be interrogated in the case of expelled National Resistance Movement party .
The expelled MPs, Theodore Ssekikubo (Lwemiyaga), Wilfred Niwagaba (Ndorwa East), Mohammed Nsereko (Kampala Central) and Barnabas Tinkasimire (Buyaga) wanted Museveni cross-examined over affidavits he filed in connection with the petition challenging the May 2 ruling by Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga that they hold on their seats in Parliament
The team of five judges on Tuesday ruled ruled that their is no need to call him in court .
Some of the justices on the panel were Faith Mwondha and Richard Buteera.
