The ministers have snubbed today’s House business leading parliament to a state of confusion.
The Speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga came in at bout 2:50pm to preside the House but there was no Minister in the House.
The questions that were raised by MPs had no one to answer them .
As the Speaker tried to persist , probably with hope of some ministers coming up , time was stretching and no Minister was entering the House.
She soon adjourned House for ten minutes to chat out a way forward.
After about thirty minutes when ministers entered, the House resumed with the discussion of industrial property bill 2009.
The government chief whip Justine Kasule Lumumba a few months ago said that NRM will consider dismissing, suspending and warning those members who will be named for dodging including ministers.
