Lori Welbourne ,the Canadian journalist who moved out to interview the Mayor of Kelowna, British Columbia removed her top and continued with her interview unbothered.
The British Columbia official was left shocked but Lori Welbourne was not .He had to bear it to the end.
It took a moment for the town leader to regain his concentration but admirably he was able to continue the interview.The mayor later told the journalist it was perfectly legal for a women to be topless.
Well, evidently,’ Gray said. ‘I’m not suggesting you should do that but I don’t think you’d be committing any crime or breaking any bylaw.’
Groups of women turned out shirtless in cities including New York on August 25 to celebrate a women’s right to bare her breasts in public. The annual event was started in 2007.
