The MP for Gulu Municipality, Christopher Achire has announced plans to set up a television station in Northern Uganda.

“The Television will employ over 100 youth who have completed studies and have no jobs”, Achire says.
Achire who has also set up a radio station [Gulu FM] in Gulu town says that he wants to create as many jobs as possible for the youth since the government has done less.
