The High Court yesterday revealed that the case in which the widow of deceased business man, Juvenile Nsenga, Kackline Nsenga will be settled out of court.

The Attorney General (AG) is said to have formed two committees to find a way to reach an out-of-court settlement. The State attorney, Geoffrey Madette made the revelation.  He told court presided over by Justice Albert Rugadya Atwooki that the committees comprises officials from the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, office of the Inspector General of Police, and the Directorate of Civil Litigation in the AG’s chambers.

On January 11, Jackline Uwera knocked her husband as he opened the gate for him at 3:00am in their home in Bugolobi, a Kampala suburb.  Nsega’s brothers, Innocent Bisangwa and Joseph Kananura, petitioned court over the incident.
