Angry residents of Atiak Sub County  on Sunday blocked the Juba-Nimule road claiming it has become dusty and making life difficult for them.

The residents , who are mainly traders within Atiak sub County and those who had come get more sales on the market day commonly known as auction say the dust is unbearable.

They blocked the road using logs saying they are making losses as their commodities cannot be brought because they were always caked with dust.

The Atiak Sub County LC3 Chairman John BoscoOca confirmed the demonstration and promised to address the situation.

The Police Officer in charge Atiak Outpost Andrew Abal  was talking to a few of the traders by the time of filing this report.
