President Yoweri Museveni carried out a mini reshuffle in the army last week.The new changes were communicated on Saturday.

Many UPDF officials have been transferred to new positions by the  commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces,the president.

Former army spokesperson Col. Felix Kulayigye  has become  the new Chief Political Commissar .

Col. Paddy Ankunda  is the new  UPDF  spokesperson.

Col Felix Kulayigye is no longer the UPDF Spokesperson

Lt. Col. James Kaija who  was  deputizing Col. Kulayigye is now the director research at the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence.

Col. Diba Ssentongo  is the new chairman of the Wazalendo SACCO.Col. Ssentongo will also be in charge of Civil-Military Relations.

Col. Mike Kisame  has been posted to Uganda’s mission in Khartoum as the defence attaché

Lt. Col. Eunus Bagada who was the defence attaché in Khartoum, will join CMI.
