By Juma Nsubuga

The Vice chairperson of the parliamentary committee on human rights Safia Nalule has called upon government to allocate a special budget for special interest group education.

Nalule says that  many children with disabilities  have been neglected especially with their education career.

She says that PWDs face great challenges of attending the same curriculum with others who are not disabled.

She emphasized that the budget should be commensurate to the number of the learning masses.

She also decries the poor disability health policy that has also taken the same trend like the education where PWDs are left out and face challenges whenever they visit health facilities.
