The family of the late Micheal Jackson is asking that the court excludes any evidence that had to prove the paternity of MJ’s children.

Micheal Jackson has three children, Paris, Blanket and Prince Micheal but for a long time, the issue of the paternity of the children. The issue of paternity came up after the family filed a lawsuit against AEG Live for recommending Conrad Murray who was convicted for killing the pop singer.

Micheal Jackson familyAccording to TMZ, Katherine Jackson, Blanket, Paris and Prince argue that it’s irrelevant for a jury to hear evidence about the conception of the 3 kids saying they have no right to delve into their biological parentage.

They also want to exclude any evidence that his family has financial problems.  They worry AEG might try to argue that the real force behind the lawsuit is the need for cash.

The judge has yet to rule on the motions.
