Martin Angume the Ugandan artiste whom the local media reported dead on Tuesday has spoken out and condemned those who spread the rumor.

Speaking to different musicians who turned up at Mulago Ward 4B to get the truth on his health ,Martin Angume smartly said that he still has a lot to do ,

“I still have a lot to do , I am here ” Angume told  fellow musicians.

Some of the artistes who showed up at the hospital included Irene Namatovu, Bobi Wine ,General Mega Dee and many other people from Uganda’s  entertainment industry.

The Musicians also contributed money to boost his health team to ensure his quick recovery .

Martin Angume rose to fame in the late 1990′s when he collaborated with Betty Mpologoma to release their first album which was a hit in Uganda.Some of his best hits includes ,’Switch’ ,’Yagala Mussaja wo’,'Ekirungo Kyo Mukwano’.

He is loved by many because of his deep and beautiful voice, especially when singing about love.
