Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in locked rehab in addition to serving 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological counseling in connection to her June 2012 car accident.

Judge Dabney ruled on the case to the 26-year-old who has been in and out of court for some time now. In connection to her January 201 necklace theft, the judge said she had violated probation and sentenced to five days of jail and 30 days of community labor which she can do in New York. Judge Dabney however warned Lohan to stay away from drugs, alcohol, and anyone who abuses drugs or sells them.
For the three months in rehab, Lohan is not to leave the facility’s premises for any reason whatsoever. She was also ordered to appear at the Santa Monica Police Department within seven days to be booked.
It took 22 minutes for the judge to issue the ruling and saw Lohan out of court, again. Lohan arrived 48 minutes late to Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles yesterday.
