While waiting for the custody hearing with the mother of his children, Liza Morales, Lamar Odom fell asleep in New York court-house.

Concerned cops came to check if he was breathing because he really passed out. He had to head to the court hearing in time just after a game with Oklahoma City Thunder to which they lost to.

Lamar and Morales have two children together, they dated for ten years before he married Khloe Kardashian. Morales wants help for their nine-year old daughter and five-year old son. Asked why he fell asleep, Lamar said he had jet lag and just wanted to take a nap before the court hearing.

Morales laughed at Lamar’s nap and said, “He’s tired.”

They also want to figure out if their children can appear on their reality TV shows. Lamar is on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” while Morales was on a show called “Starter Wives.”

Morales is not happy that the man she was with for ten years failed to propose to her and yet had barely met Khloe when he proposed and soon thereafter got married. “As I continue to move on with my life, it can be difficult to avoid hearing about the Kardashians day in and day out,” Morales said.
