Raila Oding has just cast his vote during the Kenya Presidential elections 2013 becoming the second candidate to cast his vote today.
The first candidate was Martha Karua who cast her vote at 6:45am. This is the first time that Odinga is vying for the seat of presidency.
Kenyans today, as early as 3am headed to the polling stations to line up for voting. Polling agents spent the night at the polling stations with the ballot papers.
Voting kicked off at 6am in the country. In Mombasa, so far ten people have been killed, police said including five police officers.
There are about 11 million people expected to vote in the country at the 33,000 polling stations in the country.
In Uganda, Kenyans are voting at the Kenya High Commission and so far, there is a high turn up at the commission. They also turned up as early as 6am and started voting.
Out going president, Mwai Kibaki called the losers to accept defeat peacefully.
Voters were refused to appear at polling stations in their party wear saying it could incite violence.
Voting is expected to end at 5pm.
