Musisi was presiding a meeting with the Indian Association of Uganda at Lugogo yesterday when she revealed this.Musisis said that the move will start by registering all motorcyclists on their respective stages and it will give way to taxing them.
She added that this will make it easy for the authority to monitor their actions and even reduce on crime among them.
Many motorcyclists have asked the authority not to impose on the them heavy taxes which will make their work unbearable.
