Justice Constance Byamugisha who died this morning at Nakasero hospital will be buried of Sunday .

According to an official funeral  program  issued by the judiciary, a requiem service will be held in justice Byamugisha’s  honor tomorrow at 10:00am at All Saints Cathedral Nakasero.

After the requiem mass  ,Justice Byamugisha’s body will then be taken to  her  home in Kabale.Burial is slated for Sunday.

Justice Byamugisha is said to have succumbed to breast cancer at Nakasero Hospital this morning .

By press time her body had been transferred to Case Clinic.

Justice Byamugisha was the Acting Deputy Chief Justice at the time of her death.

She is a sister to the late Eriya Kategaya the former First Deputy Prime Minister
