Singer Juliana Kanyomozi has won herself a Woman of Substance Award in entertainment.The award which is an initiative of Warid Telcom was based on her strong and smart musical career and inspiration .

The awarding ceremony was held at Serena Hotel on Wednesday night.  The award was handed over by the Minister of Finance ,Maria Kiwanuka and Warid’s Executive Manager .

The Women of Substance Award in Entertainment was taken by Gospel singer, Judith Babirye last year.

Juliana entertained the audience with her new ‘Ndimulungi’ hit.

Other Women who received awards included ;Noeline Kareeba of TASO Uganda and , Dr Margaret Mungherera the new  head of the World Medical Association.
