Katy Perry and John Mayer have broken up, again.

Mayer and Perry have been dating for seven months now according to a close source to the couple. Mayer is known for his philandering ways with women and always, somehow, ending up looking like the bad guy. He is known to have dated Hollywood’s best like Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, among others.

About his relationship with Perry, Mayer, 35, said it was ‘very normal’. “I don’t feel like I’m in a celebrity relationship,” Mayer told CBS in an interview that aired in February. “For the first time in my life I don’t feel like I’m in a celebrity relationship. I really don’t. … I’m saying for me it feels like something that’s very human.”

“She’s leaving the window open,” a source said. “They have both been so focused on work.”
