Residents of Amuria town located in Amuria district in Teso region  were shocked last week after  finding  a dog with its limbs cut and dressed in an NRM T-shirt having President Museveni’s portrait.

A correspondent in Amuria  reported that hundreds of people are flocking the town to see the dog.

The cause of the dog’s death is not yet known .NRM members in the region have been greatly offended by the incident.

They suspect that a someone hating the party could have done it .
