The KCCA Court has issued a warrant of arrest for  Bad Black aka Shanita Namuyimbwa who have missed reporting to court on two occasions .

Bad-black who is  wanted to answer for a  traffic offense she committed  in 2011 is said to be out of the country .She secured bail and  left the country towards the end of the year for Dubai where she said she was going for breast treatment.

KCCA Magistrate, Juliet Hatanga tasked one of her sureties, Edson Kirabira  to explain why she- Bad Black was not appearing at court.

Kirabira insisted that he doesn’t know where she is and pleaded to court to give him his passport which he deposited when Bad Black was grated bail .

Magistrate  Hatanga  charged Kirabira sh2m cash for being discharged from bail and stated that Bad Black will have to bring another surety.

The case was adjourned to April 15 .
