Bad Black is being sued by her lawyers, HM Onoria Advocates for failure to pay legal fees.

The legal fees amount up to sg162m. Bad Black has not yet paid the fees despite entering into contract with the lawyers sometime last year.

Black is said to have ignored other demand notices sent to her while she was still in Luzira. At the time, Black is in Dubai where she went to receive treatment for her breast implants which got rotten. However, ever since the treatment, she has failed to come back to the country and a warrant of arrest was issued out for her.

Her lawyers gave her a fortnight to file in her defense.

At the moment, she is rumored to be in Malaysia.
