As Uganda joins the rest of the world to celebrate the Valentine Day today, the chairman of Uganda AIDs commission Prof Vinand Natulya warned all lovers to be cautious of HIV while celebrating the Day.
Prof Natulya during an interview with our reporter said that Ugandans should celebrate knowing that HIV/AIDs still exists.
“I would love to urge Ugandans most especially people who participate in the celebrations of valentine’s day to go slowly while celebrating because on this day people create different relationships and forget their lives” He noted
He also advised lovers to use condoms or abstain if they don’t trust the persons they are moving out with today.
