Abole Primary school in Koro Sub County-Gulu district has never registered any pupil in Division one since it was founded in 1954.
Martin Opoka the acting head teacher reliably told the press in Gulu today that last year 23 candidates sat for their Primary Leaving Examinations at the school but non of them passed in Division One.
Opoka said that only five passed in second grade, eight in third grades and that others failed.
Opoka also noted that the school is facing a number of challenges that needs to be solved by the Parents Teachers, and the officials from the Ministry of Education and Sports.
He said that among the challenges were the indiscipline cases of pupils who do not respect their teachers which he said that has become a culture in the school.
He also explained that early marriage was another challenge that has been the biggest challenge since most of the pupils are mature.
