Police in Kampala on Friday arrested three suspects  in connection  with  forging  a land title of  St. Balikiddembe parish Kisenyi .

The three men , Sewandigi Richard, Ali Ham Faisal, Etimu Idiand Majidu Ibrahim who are on the run, tactfully and illegally forged documents of the embattled land with the intention of having the titles transferred in their names as legitimate owners, according to the Old Kampala DPC, Julius Gobolo

St.Balikuddembe Catholic Church priest in Kisenyi, Fr. Expedito Walakila insists  that the church is the legal owner of the land which was leased to the church in the 1960s from an Indian and  has appealed for justice to prevail in this matter.
