The Mayor Kayunga Town Council, James Katumba has cautioned parents and guardians to always be vigilant on their children as this year’s term of studies kicks off.

Katumba has revealed that nowadays many schools he didn’t disclose and other stakeholders have come up with a bursary scheme
intending to help those who can’t help themselves but with bad  conditions and intentions.

He says that since many avenues have been invested in but all in vain, now they have resorted to bursaries with a hidden intention an average parent cannot tell.

He encourages  parents to avoid the dependence syndrome that is causing the challenge of immoral acts among Ugandans and work hard for the future of the next generation.
