After being released on bail at 1 million rand, paralympic, Oscar Pistorious is going to hold his own personal memorial for his dead girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp for whom he is being tried for murdering.

According to Vuma Reputation Management, Pistorious asked for a private service in honor of Reeva. “Oscar has asked for a private service with people who share his loss, including family members who knew and loved Reeva as one of their own he remains in deep mourning for the loss of his partner Reeva,” they said in a statement.

Reeva has already been buried by her family in a private ceremony which he did not attend because he was in court pending his bail. Her body was cremated and a memorial service held in Port Elizabeth by her family.

Despite attaining bail, Pistorius is not permitted to leave his district of Pretoria without official permission.

Oscar Pistorius shot Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day accidentally and killed her. However, prosecution claims the shooting was intention and seeking murder charges for the paralympic.
