Kampala central MP Mohamed Nsereko appeared at Tororo Chief Magistrate’s court on Thursday over the statements he made at the burial of the late Butaleja Woman MP ,Cerina Nebanda.

Chief Magistrate ,Charles Emuria  who presided over the court set March 11  ,2013 as the day for mention of the case while hearing of the case will be on April 11 ,2013.

Charles Bwiso ,the resident State Attorney told court that inquiries into the case  are complete.

In December 2012 ,The Tororo Magistrates court alleged that Nsereko made inflammatory statements meant to incite violence during the burial of Cerinah Nebanda.
