The Member of Parliament for Rubaga North Moses Kasibante has threatened to sue KCCA boss Jenifer Musisi over negligence.

Hon Kasibante while addressing reporters at parliament  on Tuesday said that he is in final stages for suing Jenifer Musisi on grounds that she has neglected her duties in Kampala Capital City Authority .

He said that  the KCCA executive director refused to distribute over 1800 bicycles which were donated to the village health teams to fight Malaria by the ministry of health.

“The ministry donated bicycles to people with the purpose of fighting malaria but Mrs Musisi refused to distribute them to the beneficiaries.

“People are dying from Malaria yet bicycles are laid idle at Mabua House. She has also failed to use the money which was allocated to maintain Kampala. Instead of maintaining the city, she is planting grass”Hon Kasibante noted

Kasibante noted that he is going to make a documentary about the state of Kampala.

“Am going to do a documentary which will give a clear picture of Kampala city. People outside Kampala doesn’t know what is going on in Kampala.Mrs Musisi is lying that she is on operation of cleaning the city yet she is on operation of destroying the city ” He added
