Rubaga south MP John Ken Lukyamuzi on Thursday demanded that the  KCCA boss Jennifer Musisi be  arrested for mismanaging the city.

Hon Lukyamuzi  was appearing before parliamentary committee of local government and public service to give his views about the petition which was presented to parliament over the  alleged mismanagement of funds in Kampala Capital City Authority .

“Mrs Musisi should be arrested because she is contradicting with the  law while  doing her work. She tortures residents of Kampala, She has evicted poor venders. She is acting out of impunity because she was appointed by the president.” Hon Lukyamuzi said

“I will never recognize the presence of Jennifer Musisi because her presence in KCCA is unconstitutional. She is a real Mafia who acts recklessly in KCCA with some degree of power under instructions of the president who appointed her” He added
Lukyamuzi  condemned  Musisi  changed the city logo without consulting stake holders from all the five divisions in Kampala.

“We as Rubaga south residents are not happy by the dropping of the Impala from the KCCA logo, she would have consulted us before changing it”Lukyamuzi added
