Kristen Bell and fiance Dax Sheperd, 38, are expecting a baby and made the announcement last year, November 2012. However, the 32-year-old star has come out to show her baby bump to the world.

Bell was out with a couple of friends in Los Angeles Tuesday when she showed the entire world her bump. She lifted up her shirt to reveal her belly, as friends took snaps of her making funny faces.

“I’m about 400 pounds-months pregnant,” Bell joked to Jay Leno in January.
