Kris Humphries seems to be playing court and just dragging the case of divorcing his 72 day wife, reality TV star, Kim Kardashian.

Even Kris’s ex-lawyer, Marshall Waller agrees. Humphries wants to seek an annulment from Kim saying their marriage was a fraud. However, Waller says there is no evidence whatsoever to prove this fact.

Kris’s out-of-state attorney, Lee Hutton however does not want to leave the whole annulment thing.

Waller filed a motion to be relieved as Kris’s counsel saying they have “irreconcilable differences”, the same grounds which Kim is seeking the divorce.

Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser was expected to demand for a trial date as early as next month but it will be no surprise if Kris will argue that e needs more time because he just lost his California lawyer.

Kim wants the divorce to be finalised before she gives birth this summer as she and her boyfriend, Kanye West plan a life together.
