Teachers of Keyo Primary School in Amuru District have received prizes ranging from cash, and food items.
The school emerged the best in Amuru district in last year’s PLE with eight pupils who passed in Division One.
The Kilak County member of Parliament-Gilbert Oulanya gave cash to the English and Science teachers who emerged the best teachers in Keyo Primary school.
The 2 teachers received each 400,000 shillings for their better performances.
Other items distributed were a brand new YAMAHA motorcycle, sugars, and 50 bars of soaps among others.
Bernard Luwum the Head Teacher of the school urged the rest of the teachers to work hard so that they may also be recognized.
