The Kenyan election delegation is to head to Uganda today to prepare for the elections for Kenyans in Uganda.
The delegation will be led by Geoffrey Okanga who said most of the Kenyans in Uganda are students.
Only 9600 Kenyans in Uganda will be able to vote. Mr. Okanga said those who do not have the voting requirements.
Uganda police spokesperson, Judith Nabakooba said Ugandans should not be scared of the coming elections because the police is taking care of everything. She cited that the police has already been positioned at the border. “A command post has been set up in Tororo to avoid any disruption,” she said.
March 4th, Kenyan elections will begin in the country. The whole world is waiting and watching closely to see if the post-election violence will repeat itself as in 2007.
