The parliamentary Committee on Public Service and Local Government has today directed the Kampala Capital City Authority to stop having different communications from the authority.

The committee discovered today  that KCCA has two different wings, the political and  the managerial.

The MPs seating on this committee said that the political wing of the Lord Mayor gives different positions to the public while the managerial wing of Mrs Jennifer Musisi also gives different information ,which confuses the public.

“We need both the top officials in KCCA to reconcile and run the city. We also want both of you to have the same message to the people of Kampala for better development” Said the committee boss Florence Kintu

“I don’t see why KCCA is having two governments; there is the opposition government of the lord mayor and the government in power of the executive director. You all need to reconcile ” Said Mokono municipality MP Betty Nambooze

The committee further grilled the KCCA PRO Patter Kawuju for contradicting the Authority.
