Chris Brown and Drake are suing each other in light of their New York City night club brawl which left NBA star, Tony Parker and other people injured.

The duo is being sued by a French-born model named Romain Julien, who says he was left with limited mobility in his right hand after surgery he was required to have for a severed tendon he sustained in the fight. If the judge rules in his favor, both Brown and Drake want to be sure the other man will be the one pays.

Julien and Parker are also suing W.i.P. for $20 million for a lacerated cornea he sustained in the melee.

According to witnesses from that night, Drake was the first to throw a bottle before all hell broke loose. His representative maintains, “Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind … He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. [Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.”
