Brig. Elly Kayanja, the former chief of Operation Wembley was poisoned according to medical reports from CASE Medical Center.

On January 31st 2013, Brig. Kayanja was hospitalized after collapsing and sources claimed that the Brigadier had a heart problem. However, it is not the heart problem which caused him to collapse but rather toxins which were found in his body.

According to local media, Brig. Kayanja had “huge quantities of toxic substances” in his body. A medical specialist at CASE said, “We found substantial quantities of poisonous substances in Brigadier Kayanja’s blood,” he said. “The poisonous substances gradually rendered his vital internal organs dysfunctional,” the specialist added.

Several medical specialists, including one nephrologist, two physicians, two intensivists and a hematologist are now working to ensure the brigadier survives.
