Black Monday Movement Activists have vowed to head to different Kampala streets today- Monday and ignore police threats aimed at limiting their activism against the corruption fight .

Leaders of different NGOs told the media that they will move on with their planned campaigns though it is not yet clear whether they will give out flyers on different routes as always .

The group held a demonstration last week in Kampala and Lira town leading to the arrest of some of the leaders .

The campaign intends  to put pressure on President Museveni who has failed to curb the increasing corruption in his regime.

Every Monday it  calls upon the public to dress in black to mourn the theft of billions of taxpayers’ money.It holds rallies and distributes flyere s .Police recently held a meeting with the activists and told them to make their distributed documents legal.
