Pop diva Beyonce elated the Super Bowl XLVII crowd Sunday with a pyrotechnic half-time spectacular that doubled as a much-anticipated Destiny’s Child Reunion,The examiner reports
Beyonce kicked off the show in New Orleans with a high-energy performance of “Crazy in Love,” complete with an army of leather-bustier-wearing backup dancers. She followed that with a similarly explosive version of “Til the End of Time.” At that point, a screen appeared behind her, with holograms of the singer and her entourage performing “Baby Boy.”
Beyonce was joined onstage by her Destiny’s Child band mates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. Midway through “Baby Boy,” the leather-clad duo rose up from the ground and launched into a performance of “Bootylicious,” followed by “Independent Women.” It was the trio’s first live show together since 2007.The group was branded fierce as ever.

“Thank you for this moment,” a beaming Beyonce told the cheering crowd at the conclusion. “God bless you all.”
Beyonce had promised to sing live at the Super Bowl, acknowledging that she had sung over a pre-recorded version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” at President Barack Obama’s second-term inauguration on January 21.
