Kampala  city socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black  has been dragged to court for not paying legal fees amounting to Shs162 million.

A law firm ,HM Onoria Advocates filed a case on Tuesday  at the  High Court in Kampala pinning Bad Black  for not honoring the contract  she made with them when they represented her to get bail to go for treatment of her breasts in Dubai.

Bad Black had agreed with the law firm that she will pay the money after her release on Bail but she never paid the money.

She  has been told by the Court registrar, John Eudes Keitirima to file in her defense within 15 days from the date of receiving the summons before a hearing date can be fixed.

Since she flew to Dubai for breast treatment last year but has never returned.

The Court of Appeal  cancelled her bail and ordered for her rearrest.
