Museveni’s father, Amos Kaguta passed away today morning at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where he was admitted last week.

Mr. Kaguta complained of stomach pains and was admitted immediately to receive medical help. Although it was said he was recovering, the 96 year old passed away today morning.

President Museveni is yet to make an official statement concerning the death of his father.

He is going to be buried tomorrow.
