Actor Alec Baldwin’s wife  Hilaria Thomas is being sued for injuring a  student  in her Manhattan yoga class last month.

Hilaria Thomas, who runs popular yoga classes is  accused of asking one Spencer Wolff a PHD student  to perform a handstand close to an open window.

Wolff reportedly  fell during the handstand and went straight through the window, cutting his foot. He is now suing Thomas, fearing he sustained a “permanent disability” during the incident, according to ABC news

He claims that the  class was overcrowded, putting attendees in danger. His lawyer claims he can no longer bend his ankle.

In defense, Thomas claims he simply carried out the handstand incorrectly.
