Speaker of parliament Rebbecca Kadaga  during the Christmas Eve told President Museveni that  she has no problem with recalling parliament  contrary with the  president’s stand that parliament should not be recalled from recess.

President Museveni  during the meeting  at his country home in Rwakitura demanded that the  petition by MPs, who want Parliament recalled, be blocked. Kadaga in response stated that recalling parliament is a constitutional right. So far the petitioners have raised 114 signatures to recall House .The legislators want parliament to discuss the hunt of different Mps over the death of Cerina Nebanda.
