The North Western Regional Police Spokesperson Josephine Angucia has said that the police in Koboko district on Sunday arrested the local R and B artist, Michael Ross after he failed to turn up in time for his music show.
Angucia explained that fans who had paid 5,000 shillings to attend the show at Dolphin Gardens in Koboko town became impatient and destroyed properties worth Millions of shillings.
“Michael Ross appeared at the venue at 2:00 AM when his fans were already very tired of waiting ,they started demanding the organizers to refund back their money.” Angucia told the press
Among the properties allegedly destroyed were wind shields, plastic chairs, bottles and speakers among others from Dolphin Gardens in Koboko Town.
Michael Ross was arrested when e happeared in Koboko .He told police that his vehicle broke down while in Karuma.
Michael Ross was arrested and charged with intention to obtain money from the public by false pretense.He was later released on police bond.
